„I am a visual artist with an exhibition carieer spanning more than 30 years at home and abroad. After completing my studies in art education at the Maribor Faculty of Education, where I graduatied with a thesis on Colour and Plasticity of Form, I studied abroad, first in Halle, Germany, at the Burg Giebichenstein Kunsthochschule Halle (1995 – 97), where I completed a painting specialization, then at the Academy of Fine Arts in Atens (1998 – 99) as a scholarship recipient of Greek Government, and finaly at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague (2001) ) as a scholarship recipient of Czech Government. In 2007 and 2024 I recived a working grant from the Ministry of Culture. In 2019 I was a guest artist at the Ministry of Cultures Viennese residence. Since 1995 Im closly involved with the Pekarna Curtural Centre Maribor as an contributor to the contemporary art scene. I also have a creative studio there.“
